ABDF Jovem | YIN IFA

ABDF Jovem is the Brazilian chapter of the Young IFA Network (YIN), which brings together tax professionals at the beginning of their careers and helps them build lasting connections with peers around the world. It is coordinated by Eduardo Muniz, who also represents Brazil on the global YIN Committee.

Highlights in 2026

  • Meetings on the tax reform and current tax issues: held at ABDF's headquarters in Rio de Janeiro and in São Paulo, all broadcast live on YouTube (watch the playlist).

  • Dedicated ABDF Jovem | YIN IFA panel: held at the IX International Tax Law Congress of Rio de Janeiro (see the photos on Flickr).

  • A growing community of young members across Brazil.

  • The Brazilian team in the YIN Latin America Challenge 2027.

Membership IFA Brazil

Become an IFA Member Through ABDF

In Brazil, membership of the International Fiscal Association is obtained through ABDF. Full individual and corporate members of ABDF are also members of IFA.

IFA membership includes:

  • Reduced registration fee for the IFA Annual Congress.

  • The annual Cahiers de Droit Fiscal International, with the General Reports and all Chapter Reports in digital form.

  • Access to the members-only area of ifa.nl, including the digital Cahiers database since 1980 and Congress materials.

  • The IFA newsletter.

  • Participation in global, regional and chapter activities, including WIN and YIN.

ABDF membership also includes:

  • Free admission to ABDF members' events and discounts on courses, seminars and the International Tax Law Congress of Rio de Janeiro.

  • Study groups on the consumption and income tax reforms.

  • For women members, access to ABDF WIN | CEMT activities.

  • Participation in events of the Latin American Institute of Tax Law (ILADT), with the possibility of presenting papers.

  • Courses and publications on Brazilian and international tax law.

For Young Professionals and Students

  • ABDF Jovem: for professionals who graduated up to five years ago in law, economics, business administration, accounting or related fields. Includes the ABDF Jovem | YIN IFA meetings, networking with peers and preferential rates on ABDF courses, events and congresses.

  • Student membership: for undergraduate students currently enrolled in a degree program.
