On 13 August 2026, the IX International Tax Law Congress of Rio de Janeiro hosted the WIN plenary session "Elas Debatem: Tax Reform from the Perspective of the Judiciary, Private Practice and Public Advocacy".
Moderated by Danielle Brigagão, ABDF Director of Communications and Institutional Relations, and Ana Carolina Monguilod, Co-Chair of WIN Brazil and Member of the global WIN Committee, the session brought together Judge Flávia Romano Rezende (Rio de Janeiro State Court of Appeals), Rita Nolasco (Attorney of the National Treasury), Bianca Xavier, Carla Tredici Christiano and Flavia Gaeta.
